Reminders on enjoying God

Psalms 34:8 Just taste and see that the Lord is good
This meatless burger might be tasty but our God is even tastier. :)

Genesis 2:9 And God made all kinds of trees grow out of the ground, trees that were pleasing to the eye and good for food. In the middle of the garden [was] the tree of life...
I'm not sure what this film is about but I can guarantee you that it is NOT about God Himself as the Tree of Life, the real source satisfaction, for man to partake of and enjoy!

Isaiah 58:9 Then you will call and the Lord will answer; you will cry for help, and He will say, Here am I...
Romans 10:13 For whoever calls upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
At any time, we can utilize our "call box", our human spirit, to call on the Lord, that is contact God.
This is the secret not only to our daily salvation but also our enjoyment of God. :)

  1. Vania, I love it! I always wanted to do this - take a snapshot of these adds / signs / places / situations and then see and enjoy Christ in this! That's what the Lord Jesus did actually - He was walking about in Israel and whatever He saw/met He gave as an example of Himself - the vine tree, the lilies, the shepherd, etc. What a wonderful God we have - He's so enjoyable!

  3. I'm enjoying your photos! :) They're good reminders indeed.

You never know, the Lord is always shepherding us in so many ways. One time, I was so sad leaving the airport because my sister was leaving to go somewhere else by herself. So our car drove by with the window opened, leaving the airport. Then suddenly, this policeman who was directing traffic looked at me so seriously and yelled, "Smile!" I was so shocked so I smiled and he smiled back.

I thought, wow, the Lord could even shepherd in such a human way. The Lord is so sweet!
